Prince George anglers can now enjoy a great new fishing opportunity at Shane Lake in the heart of the city.
Lemon Garlic Halibut

This may be a silly recipe but it is the only way I can get my partner to eat fish!
Coat the halibut in vegetable oil and use the shake and bake for fish (lemon and garlic).
It is very tasty - even if it is cheating!
